Can't use Phone in timely manner

This is my second Imagion phone with the same problem.  From the home screen, if you go to Phone and push any number it takes quite a while to dial number.  We are not talking a minor pause but a major delay in dialing a number almost a minute between pushing the button and the number actually getting dialed.  I can quick dial from phonebook by going to Favorites tab and selecting All Contacts it works fine.  Everything else seems to be working ok.  I got the first phone at the beging of November and that phone did the same thing.  I sent it back to Verizon and they gave me a refurbished one that is doing now.

Has anyone else experinced this?
