   I have been using my Imagio with the router app on my Windows Vista laptop for some time. I just uprgaded and got a new laptop with Windows 7. At first my router app would work but it just stopped working. The computer finds the network but it won't connect anymore. I tried to reload the wifi card driver and then I tried to re-fomat the hard drive back to original settings still no luck. Any ideas?Huh

I had issues with this program a few months back and ended up deleting it. If I recall correctly it didn't like 64bit operating systems (I'm using Win7Pro-64bit) so I dumped the idea of using it. Check their support page for details. If that's been corrected, try right-clicking the install file, selecting Properties, then Compatability and selecting Run as Administrator.
