I have been unable to find a way to dial international calls using Outlook as the contact list, and CDMA service on Verizon. If I add 001 to the stored phone number it works, but then you can't dial from Mexico (International but still CDMA). I think "Assisted Dialing" is supposed to handle this, but the phone seems to work identically whether this feature is on or off. Any advice or hints?

Do you have your contact numbers set with International notation?  For example, for someone in the U.S., it's "+1", as in "+1(425)882-8080".  For a number in China, it's "+86" and so on.
