Vibrate/Screen Align

When I first posted this yesterday, I had the same problem of the phantom text in addition to my screen not locking after inactivity.  I did install the fixunreadcount.exe and it worked perfectly!  It also managed to fix the lock issue as well.

My only other issue now is the screen align still coming up at inconvenient times......during a call.  I have a newer problem now.   The vibrate feature does not work.  Is this something related to the fix I installed or has anyone had a similar issue?  I can select it but it doesn't work and when I do a soft reset on my phone, it doesn't even vibrate as the phone is loading.
