I downloaded SPB shell and would like to turn it off to get back to the WM and/or touchflowinterface.

Not much of a techie, I like the old WM Interface with clock at top and notifiers underneath and app menu horizontal along the bottom.

Go to settings,
Then "remove programs"
and select SPB shell
and click REMOVE tab on bottom right of screen
it will uninstall and then reboot phone.

From your question I'm not sure if you wanted to completely remove the shell or just exit it. This is a way to exit the shell without removing it completely. First on the shell's home screen hit the launcher. Go to settings, hit spb mobile shell, then hit the tab on the bottom right of the screen. It will open up 3 options, backup settings, restore settings, and exit shell. Hit exit shell. Once you exit the shell hit the start menu, then hit the settings icon, after that hit the today icon. Then you will be back in the theme choice page. Click the items tab and check the touch flo 3d box. After the box is checked close out the screen.  This should launch touch flo 3d without removing the shell.  Hope this helps.
