Hi,

I've had my Imagio a week now, a former LG Dare owner...  I have an e-mail issue going on and don't know how to fix it.....  I have 3 e-mail accounts set up, which doesn't sound like a big deal except all 3 go to my same yahoo account.... Not sure exactly how I did it 3 times, other than stupidity... but please someone out there in Imagio Land help me remove them.......  and NO, I'm not Blonde....

Thanks....
Marilyn

1) Go to your email tab

2) Click "Menu" from the lower right of your screen.

3) Choose "Accounts >"

4) Choose "Accounts..."

5) Tap on the account you wish to remove, but don't let go. Tap on it and drag your finger off of it and let go in some whitespace (where there is nothing).

6) Now that the account is highlighted, click "Menu" from the lower right of your screen.

7) Choose "Delete"

I tried all the steps and I still couldn't get it to delete or even give me the option to delete any of the accounts.... Sad

Does it give you an error?

I'm actually having a similar problem now. It lets me select "delete," but then I get an error that it can't delete because an account is sending or receiving messages. I tried waiting a while but still get the message.

You must stop ActiveSync in order to delete the account

Well, I ended up doing a hard reset for something else, and that certainly fixed this problem, too.

Thanks for all your help! It's nice only having one account, again!
